Technical performance (loading speed, mobile compatibility, indexability)
Semantic content optimisation (keywords, structure, tags, entities)

Structuring for generative engines (schema.org, E-E-A-T, AI readability)
SEO & GEO competitive analysis
Prior to the audit, the Client must provide:
The URL of the site to be audited

Audit objectives and strategic keywords
Priority targets
The deliverable takes the form of a detailed report accompanied by a 90-day roadmap, delivered within the timeframes indicated at the time of the order (generally 5 to 7 business days). Unless otherwise specified, the audit does not include direct intervention on the audited assets.
3.2 BOFU Execution
Field Rédact SEO® offers monthly production of BOFU (bottom-of-funnel) content optimised for SEO & GEO, designed to generate qualified leads for B2B SaaS teams. Deliverables include comparison articles, case studies, alternative pages, and transactional content.

CMS access or preferred delivery format (Google Docs, Word, etc.)
A maximum of 2 (two) rounds of revisions is included per deliverable. Revision requests must be submitted within the agreed timeframe following delivery. Beyond this timeframe and/or number of exchanges, any further modification will be invoiced additionally.

3.4 Collaborative Validation Process
In a spirit of collaboration and to ensure complete Client satisfaction, Field Rédact SEO® commits to revising deliverables (strategy, editorial calendar) without limit on the number of exchanges, until final validation is obtained from the Client.
Validation of deliverables is deemed obtained in any of the following cases, whichever occurs first:
Explicit validation: Written confirmation (by email) from the Client indicating that the deliverables are acceptable as delivered.
Tacit validation by use: The Client begins using all or part of the recommendations or content provided in the deliverables (e.g. publishing an article, implementing a technical recommendation, launching a campaign based on the strategy).
Tacit validation by inaction: No feedback or revision request from the Client within 30 (thirty) calendar days following delivery of the last version of the deliverables by Field Rédact SEO®.
To submit feedback, the Client contacts Field Rédact SEO® by email at contact@fieldredactseo.fr.
3.5 Sale of Digital Products
Field Éditions® offers the purchase of digital products on its site, such as practical guides in e-book format. The Client must ensure they have the appropriate device necessary to order and receive this type of product.
To purchase, the Client must:
Visit the product sales page,
Complete the required information fields,
Accept these Terms and Conditions by checking the relevant box,
Proceed to payment using the chosen payment method.
Once these steps are completed, the order is confirmed by email sent to the Client at the address provided at the time of order. For any questions relating to an order placed on fieldeditions.fr, customer support is available at: contact@fieldredactseo.fr.
Digital content accessible independently by the Client (online programmes, e-books, templates, etc.) is deemed to be delivered in conformity and free from hidden defects. Non-conformity is established only where the Client is unable to use or benefit from the product as intended.
4. Quotation, Order and Payment Terms

4.3 Additional Services and Right of Refusal
Any addition or request not included in the initial quotation will be subject to additional invoicing and/or a supplementary quotation. Field Rédact SEO® reserves the right to refuse a project or new client if its current capacity does not allow it, or if a previous dispute has occurred between the parties.
4.4 Late Payment
In the event of late payment, Field Rédact SEO® reserves the right to suspend ongoing deliveries. If the balance remains unpaid 30 days after its due date, Field Rédact SEO® reserves the right to retain full intellectual ownership of the deliverables, without prejudice to any other legal action.
In accordance with French law, any default or delay in payment will automatically trigger the enforceability of all remaining sums due, along with late payment penalties equal to the interest rate applied by the European Central Bank (ECB) to its most recent refinancing operation plus 10 percentage points. Additionally, a fixed recovery indemnity of €40 will be due.
5. Obligations and Liability of Field Rédact SEO®
Field Rédact SEO® is bound by a best-efforts obligation. It makes every effort to provide the Client with the best of its services and expertise. Writing is a subjective exercise. Field Rédact SEO® commits to respecting the Client's wishes and adapting its writing to their needs (sales, visibility, communication, etc.).
However, it cannot guarantee a specific result or ranking position, given its best-efforts obligation and various factors beyond its control (search engine algorithms, third-party behaviour, evolving trends, etc.).
The Hybrid SEO & GEO Audit service is conducted according to precise, technical criteria that allow the Service Provider to formulate strategic recommendations. The Client is solely responsible for implementing these recommendations.
Field Rédact SEO® does not carry out direct modifications on the Client's assets within the scope of this service, unless otherwise specified in the quotation.
As an independent entity, Field Rédact SEO® is not subordinate to the Client or their teams, and owes no exclusivity. It may work on similar projects without prejudice to the Client.
Field Rédact SEO® shall not be liable when IT bugs, connectivity issues, platform updates or disruptions, or online network malfunctions prevent it from acting. The Client will be informed as soon as possible and the parties will agree on a revised delivery timeline.
Field Rédact SEO® is not responsible for content published on the Client's platforms, as the Client always gives approval for any writing, modification, or addition. The Client remains editor and publication director of their own digital platforms at all times.
Field Rédact SEO® guarantees the delivery of a service as described in this document, free from hidden defects and in compliance with public order and good morals. However, its liability may be engaged in cases of proven fault or negligence on its part that causes direct prejudice to the Client. Any indirect prejudice (loss of revenue, loss of clients, reduced visibility, etc.) shall not give rise to compensation. In all cases, the maximum liability of Field Rédact SEO® is limited to the amount (excl. VAT) already paid by the Client.
Field Rédact SEO® guarantees human writing, with the partial assistance of artificial intelligence for research and analysis purposes. Despite this, Field Rédact SEO® retains its inherent subjectivity in its creative writing style, while respecting the Client's wishes and objectives.
6. Obligations and Liability of the Client
The Client is bound by an obligation of collaboration towards Field Rédact SEO®. To ensure proper execution of the service, it is essential that the Client provides all necessary information and documents.
When Field Rédact SEO® submits drafted content, the Client undertakes to carry out a thorough review and provide complete feedback to allow for final adjustments, within the conditions and limits set out herein.
Once content is delivered and the final payment received, the content belongs to the Client (as per Article 13), who becomes solely responsible for its use and publication. Any decision not to use the content does not entitle the Client to a refund. The Client remains sole editor and responsible for their own website and digital platforms.
The Client is solely responsible for sharing access to any tools required during the service and for revoking that access upon completion. No data breach or technical malfunction may be attributed to the Service Provider, who had only a read/view right on these tools.
The Client is solely responsible for their decisions and actions during and following the service. Field Rédact SEO® cannot be held liable for any misinterpretation of its advice or recommendations.
The Client is also bound by an obligation to pay within the agreed timeframes and conditions. To benefit from the service without interruption, the Client must ensure they have functioning IT equipment and internet connection to receive and download the service deliverables.
If the Client is the cause of any delay, suspension, or poor execution of the service, Field Rédact SEO®'s liability cannot be engaged.
7. Confidentiality
Each party undertakes not to disclose confidential information received from the other party. Confidential information includes any non-public information relating to their personal affairs, personal data, internal structures, business policies, future projects, etc. Neither party may disclose such information until it is made public by the relevant party or an authorised third party.
Deliverables of a pedagogical or informational nature (reports, statistics, studies, summaries, etc.) provided during and following the service are also confidential. They are reserved for the Client's sole use and must not be shared with any third party, whether free of charge or for payment.
8. Pricing and Payment Methods
All prices are stated in euros (€) and are exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 293B of the French General Tax Code. Field Rédact SEO® issues its quotations and invoices via the BNP Paribas electronic invoicing platform, providing the Client with a personalised proposal. Rates are calculated based on the complexity of the project, volume of work, and time spent.
Any discounts offered on an exceptional basis are indicated in the quotation. The accepted payment method is bank transfer. Bank details are provided to the Client with each invoice.
In the event of late or default payment throughout the service, Field Rédact SEO® reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service and delivery. It also reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings to obtain payment and to apply late payment penalties.
Any default or delay in payment by a professional Client will automatically trigger enforceability of all remaining sums due, late payment penalties equal to the ECB refinancing rate plus 10 percentage points, calculated on the outstanding amount (incl. VAT) from the day following the missed payment deadline, plus a €40 fixed recovery indemnity.
9. Right of Withdrawal
When concluding a distance contract (quotation and/or Terms and Conditions accepted online), any professional Client with fewer than 6 employees, contracting outside the scope of their main business activity, may benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal following signature of the contract.
Where the service is fully executed within 14 days of signature, the Client must waive their right of withdrawal in order to benefit from the service within that timeframe, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. This waiver is acknowledged by reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
Where the service extends beyond 14 days, the Client may request withdrawal within this period. However, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Client agrees to the commencement of the service upon signature and will be liable for any work completed during those first 14 days. Any remaining sum paid will be refunded by Field Rédact SEO®.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client may complete the withdrawal form in Annex 1 and send it to the address stated in the Preamble, or send any unambiguous written request to the same address.
In the event of withdrawal, any strategic documents or written content already communicated by Field Rédact SEO® must not be used by the Client or any third party, under any circumstances.
Regarding digital products: the Client acknowledges and accepts that performance of the contract begins upon order validation. The Client expressly waives their right of withdrawal in order to access the product immediately. This waiver is formalised by acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, pursuant to Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code.
10. Termination
Beyond the normal course and agreed delivery timeframe of the service, the following events may bring the collaboration to a premature end.
Any event beyond the control of the parties, qualifying as force majeure under Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, shall be considered grounds for exemption from obligations and shall result in suspension of the service. In such cases, the parties shall agree as soon as possible on revised terms of performance. Field Rédact SEO®'s liability cannot be engaged in such circumstances.
If either party fails to fulfil one of its obligations, the other party may suspend its own obligations, provided the breach is sufficiently serious. The non-defaulting party notifies the defaulting party by email. A 30-day period is granted for the parties to reach an agreement. If the default is not remedied within this period, the contract will be terminated without any termination indemnity from Field Rédact SEO®.
11. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Some platforms are not hosted within the European Union but commit to equivalent standards of protection (standard contractual clauses). Clients are invited to consult the privacy policies of these tools.
The Client holds various rights regarding their personal data: right of access, copy, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. Consent for processing may be withdrawn at any time. To exercise these rights, the Client contacts Field Rédact SEO® by email: contact@fieldredactseo.fr. The Client also has the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority) in the event of a breach.
Clients using a personal phone number are reminded that they may register on the French anti-cold-calling list at https://www.bloctel.gouv.fr.
12. Client Reviews and Testimonials
Field Rédact SEO® reserves the right to contact the Client to obtain feedback on the service, within 7 days of delivery, for use in promoting its services on its website or social media. Unless the Client expressly objects, Field Rédact SEO® may use the Client's first name and profession to illustrate testimonials.
The Client may object to the collection or publication of their review at any time by contacting Field Rédact SEO® at: contact@fieldredactseo.fr. If a testimonial has already been published, Field Rédact SEO® will take all necessary steps to remove it promptly.
13. Intellectual Property
Field Rédact SEO® holds copyright over content created during services requiring writing work. These are original creations bearing its artistic imprint.
Content shared during the service for review or approval purposes does not constitute a transfer of rights. Such content is not part of the final deliverables and may not be used by the Client. No rights are transferred on this type of content, and it may not be shared, published, reproduced, copied, or transacted, whether free of charge or for payment.
Upon final delivery and receipt of full payment, the following exploitation rights are transferred to the Client:

Documents provided by Field Rédact SEO® for informational or explanatory purposes (briefings, inspirations, reports, etc.) do not entail any transfer of rights and are reserved for the Client's personal use only. Digital products sold by Field Éditions® are protected by its intellectual property rights and may not be transmitted to any third party, whether free of charge or for payment. They are for private use only and may not be used to create similar programmes, guides, or products.
14. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. The parties elect domicile at their respective registered addresses. All clauses herein are independent of one another. If any clause is declared void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. In the event of translation, the French version shall prevail.
15. Dispute Resolution
The parties undertake to seek an amicable solution to any dispute arising from the execution of the service. The Client is invited to contact Field Rédact SEO® as soon as possible. Field Rédact SEO® commits to responding within 15 working days of the first message. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the parties shall engage a mediation service.
Non-registered Clients may contact the competent mediator for disputes involving Field Rédact SEO®: Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP), 39 Avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, 75008 Paris. Details available at: www.cmap.fr.
If no amicable resolution is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under common law. A consumer may bring the case before the court of the place where they resided at the time of the contract or the occurrence of the damage. In the case of a dispute between professionals, the competent court shall be that of Field Rédact SEO®'s registered address.
Annex 2 — Legal Guarantees (Digital Content)
The following applies pursuant to French consumer law (Articles L. 224-25-1 to L. 224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code) and applies to digital products sold by Field Éditions®. It does not apply to additional services such as coaching or copywriting provided by Field Rédact SEO®.
The consumer has a period of two years from the supply of the digital content or service to invoke the statutory guarantee of conformity in the event of a defect. During the first year following supply, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the defect, not the date of its appearance.
The statutory guarantee of conformity entails an obligation to provide all updates necessary to maintain conformity of the digital content or service. It entitles the consumer to have the digital content or service brought into conformity without undue delay, free of charge, and without major inconvenience.
The consumer may obtain a price reduction while retaining the digital content or service, or may terminate the contract with a full refund against relinquishment of the digital content or service, if:
The professional refuses to bring the digital content or service into conformity;
Conformity is delayed without justification;
Conformity cannot be achieved without costs imposed on the consumer;
Conformity causes major inconvenience to the consumer;
Non-conformity persists despite the professional's failed attempt to remedy it.
The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or contract cancellation where the non-conformity is so serious as to justify immediate remedy. In cases where the non-conformity is minor, the consumer is only entitled to cancellation if the contract does not provide for payment.
Any period during which the digital content or service is unavailable for remediation suspends the remaining guarantee period until conformity is restored.
A professional who in bad faith obstructs the implementation of the statutory guarantee of conformity may be liable for a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L. 242-18-1 of the French Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the statutory guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for a period of two years from discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the digital content or service is retained, or a full refund against relinquishment. *The defect must have been present at the time of purchase of the digital content.
